If you’ve ever had a question, a crisis, or a calendar conflict chances are Geoff solved it before you even asked. He handles scheduling like a time-travel expert and billing like a human calculator (with better customer service). When the emotional rollercoaster hits a loop-de-loop, he connects you to Kimball without missing a beat. Geoff is the glue, the GPS, and the guardian angel of our office workflow. We’re pretty sure he runs on caffeine and an unbreakable sense of calm.
